At Restveda, we don't just want you to like your purchase — we want it to earn a permanent place in your evening routine. Every order is backed by our 30-Night Perfect Fit Guarantee, so you can rest, recover, and restore with total confidence. If it isn't the perfect fit, we'll make it right.

If it's simply not the perfect fit for you

Changed your mind, or think another piece might suit your routine better? You have a full 30 nights from delivery to decide — and two easy ways to land on the one you love:

  • Free Exchange — swap it for any other item in the Restveda collection, completely on us.
  • Full-Value Restveda Credit — prefer to choose later? We issue 100% of your purchase value as digital store credit (a Restveda gift card), valid for 12 months, to spend on anything in our catalogue.
  • Keep your original — no need to ship anything back. Because our pieces are worn against the skin (eye masks, body wraps, personal-wellness items), we can't hygienically resell them. For comfort-and-fit returns, your exchange or credit is issued right away, and the original is yours to keep, re-gift, or pass to a friend.

If something arrives wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all — that's on us, and you're fully protected. Your choice of:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Just send a quick photo so we can take care of you (and improve for the next person). No hoops, no restocking fees, no return shipping — ever.

How it works

  1. Email hello@restveda.com within 30 nights of delivery with your order number.
  2. Tell us what's not quite right — fit, comfort, or a fault.
  3. We reply within 1 business day with your exchange, credit, or (for faults) refund. That's it.

A few simple notes

  • Free exchange / store credit applies to change-of-mind and fit returns; store credit stays valid for 12 months.
  • Damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders are always eligible for a full cash refund — that's your right, and we honour it completely.
  • The guarantee covers your first of each item — a satisfaction promise, made with care.
