How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped with full tracking. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering; please allow up to 4 weeks during customs or peak periods. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75+ CAD to Canada and $100+ CAD to the US. Below that, it's $12 CAD in Canada and $7.90–$29.90 CAD to the US depending on weight — your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.
What's your return policy?
Every order is backed by our 30-Night Perfect Fit Guarantee. If it's not the perfect fit, you have 30 nights from delivery to choose a free exchange or full-value store credit (valid 12 months) — and you keep the original, no return shipping needed. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or never arrives, you always get a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Are your products safe to use?

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't updated in 5 business days, email hello@restveda.com and we'll look into it.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship across Canada and the United States, plus a growing list of international destinations — enter your address at checkout to see availability and rates for your country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we never see your full card details.
