Every Restveda order is packed and dispatched with care. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with tracking included.
Delivery estimates
Restveda products ship from our international fulfillment network with full tracking. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering; please allow up to 4 weeks during customs or peak periods. These are estimates rather than guarantees — we'll always help you track a slow parcel.

Shipping protection — covered in transit
Every order is fully covered against loss or damage in transit. If an item is lost or damaged on its way to you, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly, at no extra cost.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If it hasn't updated within 5 business days, email hello@restveda.com and we'll look into it personally.
Customs & duties
Depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may occasionally apply; these are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it only before the order ships — contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.
Lost or stuck parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, reach out. We'll work with the carrier and make it right. A parcel is considered lost once the full estimated delivery window has passed; lost-parcel claims should reach us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
