Every Restveda order ships with real-time tracking, fully covered against loss or damage in transit. Here's how to follow it home:
1. Check your tracking email
Within 1–2 business days of dispatch (orders are prepared within 1–3 business days), we email your tracking link automatically. Can't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from hello@restveda.com.
2. Track any time
Click the link in your email for live status, or paste your tracking number into the universal tracker at 17track.net — it follows your parcel across every carrier it travels with.
What to expect
- Order placed → dispatched: 1–3 business days
- Tracking email: within 1–2 business days of dispatch
- Delivery: typically 2–3 weeks from order; up to 4 weeks during customs or peak periods
Tracking can pause for a few days while your parcel moves between carriers or clears customs — that's normal, and it's still on its way.
